Her Near Hour Long Seige Of My House In 90 Degree Plus Vegas Heat Repeatedly Ringing The Doorbell, Knocking On The Security Screen, Calling Loudly To Open The Door -- There Was No Way I Was Going To Open Up.
Spying On The So Called 'Animal Protection' Officer Through The Window Blind In Stunned Silence & Amazement -- Wondering If The Las Vegas Metro-Mob 'Goons' Would Soon Be Summoned To Kick In The Door And Assassinate Me Under Color Of Law.
I waited about 15 minutes or so to make sure that Officer from the Las Vegas Animal Protection Services dispatched to the home where I still presently live at 3509 Kilbarry Court, located in the 'Lone Mountain' District of Las Vegas, and carefully crept outside to make sure that this
protector of animals from the City of Las Vegas had really departed.
I then talked to some of the neighbors on my street some of which were standing outside and looked curiously at me there on Kilbarry Court and showed them this ridiculous citation charging me with giving my dogs a marijuana and wine whereby they all seemed a bit shocked and curious as to why and how this all came about.
It was then that I told them how my dog Prince was murdered only 20 hours before just down the street on Gowan and they acted as though they had some thoughts of their own.
One neighbor told me that their familiy's pet turtles were stolen and that a guy named Joe was the likely suspect.

Please note that they, my neighbors have apparently been intimidated into silence by elements unknown, when it comes to me. -- This suits me fine whereas I am moving out the neighborhood as soon as I can generate some ad revenue, and will be spending a good amount of time out of state working on video projects based on various excerpts from my chronicle entitled "1979" / 1979westbrook.com and 1979Visions.Com

After that I decided to walk over to Tullamore Street where Joe lives, whereas I had already spoken with one of the neighbors there in recent months about Joe's bizarre behavior and juvenile like antics.
I showed the guy the citation from Animal Protection Services and told him about the Mafia-CIA like murder of my dog and he couldn't believe it at first, but there it was and he recounted some more of Joe's strange and intrusive behavior regarding other neighbors on the street
By this time I had already concluded that the person who was responsible for the complaint -- or rather the stooge who would be made to take credit for the complaint was my back door neighbor Joe.
Joe was peeping down at me one day as I was working in the backyard one afternoon, as I had just installed an elaborate drainage system, moved some 30 plus yards of dirt fill to replace the dirt that washed away due to the lack of a drainage system. -- This must have been sometime in the Spring of 2021.
I had fertilized the backyard and then built 4 foot high wooden fence from wood I recycled from pallets, to keep the dogs off of it. -- In the weeks to come Joe would peep over the wall and would always refer to the fence as my 'Goat Pen'. -- I would make a quick polite comment or two and then he would disappear for months at a time.
As for my other neighbors, I really only knew them vaguely and sometimes gave them a quick nod of a glance when I went out to walk the dogs, or if they were setting off fireworks with their kids and such.
